Cancellation Policy

We Understand That Plans Change, If You Need To Cancel or Reschedule Please Let Crystal Know as Soon as Possible. Any No-shows, Cancellations Or Rescheduling Done Within 48 hours of Your Appointment, A 50% Fee Will Be Charged to The Card on File. We Offer A 15 minute Grace Period For Late Arrivals. The Cancellation Fee Will Be Applied to Anyone More Than 15 Minutes Late and We Will Have To Reschedule Your Appointment as There Will no Longer Be Enough Time to Complete Your Service. Your Satisfaction is Very Important to us. While We do Not Offer Refunds, We Are Committed to Addressing Any Issues or Concerns You May Have.
